Ranked by follower count from Storika's creator dataset, filtered to TikTok accounts whose primary content category is beauty and personal care and whose audience is primarily in Korea. Only creators whose main beauty niche is skincare are listed: the first beauty niche on their profile, so a creator who mostly posts another niche is left out. "K-beauty" here means Korean-beauty content: a creator is listed only when their profile text in Storika's dataset names K-beauty or Korean beauty, skincare, makeup or cosmetics. It is a content signal, not a nationality claim; an audience country or a content language alone does not qualify. Within the Korean market the list is further limited to Korean creators: accounts with a Korean display name or Korean-language content. Only public-profile fields are shown (handle, follower count, engagement rate, average views). Accounts flagged unsafe, inactive or stale, or on Storika's opt-out list are excluded. Follower and engagement figures reflect the most recent data Storika collected and change over time. Average views is the mean view count across the creator's posts in Storika's creator database, including posts with zero views.
